ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
-Ensure all Civil (Refractory, Scaffolding and Insulation/Painting) personnel are interviewed and accepted by COMPANY Quality Assurance In-charge.
-Ensure competent manpower mobilized by the Refractory, Scaffolding, Insulation and Painting subcontractors.
-Ensure frequent communication with Planning Department
-Ensures all Refractory, Scaffolding and Insulation/Painting in-charges are well aware of the jobs to be done in each equipment with regard to Civil.
-Ensures the civil requirement is identified in the Equipment Information Sheet (EIS), specifically for process critical equipment such as Heaters, Columns, Major Reactors, Exchangers and Vessels.
-Ensures scaffolding qualifications are done well in advance.
-Coordinates with the Scaffolding, Refractory, Painting and other Civil Subcontractors to prioritize all the COMPANY requirements.
Survey at site and prepare execution plans for scaffolding, Insulation, refractory and painting including sand/Grit blasting jobs of Pre-Turnaround, Turnaround jobs.
-Ensure availability of all materials required as per scope of work.
-Ensures all civil related reports are submitted by his subcontractor with interpretations to COMPANY Refractory, Scaffolding and Insulation/Painting in-charge expeditiously.
-Ensure that all the civil related works follows recommended Safety practices.
-Ensure Good Housekeeping at site every shift.
-Handover his jobs his deputy with key instruction.
