ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 11.00 AM TO 6.00 PM (MONDAY TO FRIDAY)
-Degree / Diploma in Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas Projects.
-Must be able to read, understand and explain to his team the Commissioning Procedures, P&IDs, PFDs, Mechanical Drawings and other job-related documentation.
-Good verbal and written communication skills are required.
-Must have reasonable English language reading/speaking skills.
-Provide the daily toolbox talk (TBT) for his crew at the beginning of each shift.
-Responsible for safety, safe working practices and environment issues in all areas under his control.
-Ensure all safety incidents and other events within the shift are reported through the incident management system and recorded.
-Ensure all necessary permits for upcoming activities in his area are prepared in time and are high quality.
-Ensure the compliance of his team with PTW (Permit to Work), JSA (Job Safety Analysis), LOTO (Lock Out - Tag Out) , override registers, MOC (Management of Change) register.
-Required to have the ability to respond promptly to any emergency.
-Ensure that discipline related Commissioning spares are well utilized and maintained.
-Ensure the daily activity plan and daily tasks are executed by his team, as per the Schedule and approved Commissioning Procedures.
-Must have experience in the specific commissioning activities such us: leak test, lube oil flushing, pumps run test, nitrogen purging/inerting, vessels internal inspection, etc.
-Required to have experience in Oil & Gas Industry, preferable in units similar to ALNG2 Project such as: amine solvent, hot oil, water glycol, sea water ballast system, LNG, refrigerant(ethane, propane butane), condensate hydrocarbons.
