QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
-B.A or MBA in Business / Finance / Economics / Engineering or equivalent.
-At least 10 years' experience in planning including knowledge of government procedures and systems for approval.
-Fluency in English.
-Computer literate - PC applications.
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:
Collaborating with management teams across Ma'aden in leading effective business planning. as well as setting and identifying measurable targets. Collecting and analyzing business plan for all Ma'aden and its affiliates, and preparing Ma'aden's 5 year consolidated business plan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Establishing and updating effective business planning standards, guidelines, templates and tools.
Supporting Ma'aden and its affiliates related management teams, in conducting effective business planning.
-Gathering developed business plans by related management teams across Ma'aden and its affiliates, making sure of alignment and in • compliance with standards.
-Coordinating with different divisions, SBUs, and affiliates regarding the preparation of 5 years business plan and communicating any management requirements, and subsequently soliciting prepared BP, and analyzing and ensuring compliance with BP guidelines, as plan well as providing comments and feedback prior to Ma'aden's board endorsement procedure.
-Developing comprehensive and consolidated business plan with measurable targets.
-Presenting the consolidated business plan to Ma'aden's board for endorsement.
-Develop & Prepares quarterly/annually variance analysis report for submission to the MC/CEO and Board of Directors.
-Contributes generally to the development of ideas within the department.
-Participates in the development of planning and budgeting procedures and in ad hoc reports.
