Job Position
-Evaluating the condition of construction such as scope of work, method, period, cost and etc.
-Basic and essential data collection and bidding strategy establishment through local business trips and meetings
-Review and application of the most optimal construction scheme to improve quality of the project and reduce construction costs
-Comparison and application of the most optimal subcontractors considering the characteristics of construction methods, countries and regions
-Configuration of basic unit price to create a total bid amount such as materials, manpower and equipment
-Review and verification of client's requirements through bid document, preparation and submission of them according to their required form and format
Requirements on Academic Background & Certification
-Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
-Fluent in English
Requirements on Professional Background
-Work experience in international EPC companies
-Civil projects experience as Estimation, Bidding, Tendering Manager or relevant position
Other requirements
Less than 45 years old
