-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field.
-Drawing up production schedules.
-Supervising manufacturing of Air Ducts and Air Movement products manufactured in our factory.
-Liaising with other concerned departments / employees to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labour required.
-Diagnosing problem in production line and providing recommendations and training.
-Ability to manage and drive process and product improvements with suppliers.
-Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and standards and convert into manufacturing control plan.
-Familiarity with construction practices and basic measuring tools.
-Strong knowledge of quality management and manufacturing principles.
-High level of integrity with strong emphasis on making and meeting commitments.
-High sense of urgency with the ability to delegate and prioritize to meet required deadlines.
