ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical Projects.
-Follow the overall punch list system and define priority in line with Subsystem completion.
-Issue daily punch list progress reports & break down reports by discipline & material for the Construction or line managers and prepare punch list reports
-Liaise /Coordinate with Project Management Team and Client in order to monitor Punchlist closeout
-Review drawings in coordinate with each discipline
-Ensure that the Field Punch List form is filled in correctly and that the punch list items are properly described and pertinent to the associated system and are legitimate with respect to project specifications, safety rules and industry practices before sending them for registration
-Monitor and supervise the clearance of items by the contractor and subcontractors
-Expedite the review and signing of the completed punch lists so as to ensure the completion of the systems and subsystems in a timely manner.
-Proven experience in construction and commissioning background within the Oil and Gas Industry preferably experience in Mechanical and Piping divisions
-Experience in Gulf / Korean Companies preferred.
