Mission
Purpose of the Job/Job Mission
Under shift supervisor /plant manager general supervision, carryout duties assigned to with due care to safety and company standard operation procedures achieve round the clock healthiness of plant equipment
Responsibilities and Accountabilities
-Assists shift supervisor to complete maintenance tasks preventive/ corrective as per CMMS/breakdown work planned schedule
-Always follow company safety procedures and use necessary PPE without failure
-Use lifting tackles as per OEM instructions
-Use monitoring instruments Vibration monitor, Sonic measuring meter, Infrared thermometer as per advised and keep records
-Make sure to Keep work environment clean after completion of the job
-Provide necessary training, work direction and guidance while performing work in one or more maintenance operator
-Monitor work of assigned crew members
-Perform variety of skill work in the plant equipment and building and associated fixtures.
-Maintain and correctly fill CMMS records
-Keep register on used parts
-Maintain all tools and tackles in good order and inform supervisor to reorder as necessary

Mandatory:
Grade 10

Technical Trade certificates
Experience

Minimum 10 years process plant maintenance experience
Desirable:
-Capability of Welding
-Scaffolding erection
