ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
-Ensures competent manpower is mobilized to site as per the competency matrix.
-Discusses Level – 4 activity details with Unit In-charges and ensures that all Unit In-charges are well aware of the jobs to be done.
-Ensures Inspection and Maintenance of all equipment in the scope of work is carried out in time with compliance to QA/QC requirement.
-Ensures adequate resources are available at site to carry out the scope of work.
-Ensures safety and technical competency of all Unit In-charges.
-Ensure frequent communication with unit in-charges ensuring smooth availability of work fronts..
-Ensures all permits have valid JSA/FRA attached.
-Ensures all Unit In-charges are aware of the Work Management System (WMS).
-Ensures all relevant permits (Confined Space, Vehicle entry permit, Cold Work, Hot Work etc.) are available for the work.
-Takes disciplinary action in consultation with Turnaround Execution Manager or Planning Manager on staff who are not complying to safety, work ethics and behavioral attitudes.
-Handover his jobs his deputy with key instruction.
