Qualification & Experience:
B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field & involved with the following:
Design Review:
-Familiarity with Client (SEC) Specification
-Review initial design and raise comment
-Review design comment from client and F/up compliance
Design Coordination
-Coordination with Design Company / Subcontractor
-F/up of Design Approval / Procedure with client
-Arrangement of Design Review Meeting
-Make MOM of Design Review Meeting.
-F/up issues during MOM
Coordination with Subcontractor
-Subcontract Management
-F/up of Design Submission, Material Delivery, Mobilization, Schedule, Scope of work.
-Control of invoice raised by Subcontractor.
Coordination with other Team
-Coordination with site construction engineer.
-Settlement of Technical interface between Subcontractor and other construction team (Architecture, Civil, Electrical, Test & Commissioning)
-Coordination with QC Department
Drawing Control
-Control of IFC record with coordination with QC
-Distribution, Withdrawal and Return of IFC Drawings.
Progress Control
-Plan monthly / weekly detailed schedule based on MASTER schedule and Control it.
-Plan Deployment of manpower and equipment based on detailed construction schedule and corporate with related department.
Interface
-Making Letter to Client / Subcontractor
-Coordination of outstanding correspondence issue with client.
Others
R&R of this position includes above mentioned job but not limited to this.
