Mandatory Requirements
-PDO Level 2 course Approval
-NEBOSH International Diploma or Master/ Bachelors in HSE which should have completed at least 3 years before
-Overall experience of 10 years of which minimum 3 years’ experience as HSE Instructor/ Trainer in a training institute or the company which provides training.
-L3 Assessor Certification
-Train the Trainer certification
-Minimum 10 years of total experience.
Responsibilities & Skills
-Assist in the supervision of the department, leasing with the HoD, for the team & trainings administration.
-Support the team members in developing course material as and when required.
-Oversee the smooth and effective delivery of a range of HSE related training courses in both the classroom and real or simulated industrial environment.
-Develop, evaluate, modify and update internal RAY Skills HSE courses, materials, delivery and content to ensure HSE course performance objectives are met in accordance with RAY Skills standards and regional regulatory objectives.
-Develop additional research instruments, questionnaires or surveys to provide the methodology to collect information to determine HSE training needs and trends.
-Develop HSE training program performance and learning objectives to provide a standard against which program content/curriculum and delivery may be measured for effectiveness of training.
-Serve as an HSE liaison to external industry trainers, and administrators to develop cohesive working relationships and facilitate information sharing.
-Help determine the suitable RAY Skills and/or external HSE learning resources, training programs and delivery methods and techniques to meet identified HSE Management system requirements.
-Remain current in the job specific skills through professional development courses and organizations, or training networks.
-Provide regular reports on existing and proposed training programs to show the effectiveness and efficiencies of our internal and external training processes.
-Perform other related duties as per HoD guidance.
-Provide assistance and direction to the company regarding all HSE training related matters during the absence of HoD.
-Strong character, able to manage the class audience and coach the trainer’s team.
-Ability to share skills and knowledge with others.
-Proven ability to cope with conflict, stress and crisis situations.
-Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced office environment.
-Prepared to take on a wide variety of tasks.
-Prepared to work evenings and weekends when required.
-Flexible to travel to training locations as and when need arises
