Requirements:
-B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with a strong proven track record will be considered
-Minimum 20 to 25 years applicable experience with large scale projects, including project management and execution, engineering, construction, commissioning and start up.
-Minimum 5 year Gulf experience in Refinery Projects Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC / Construction Projects.
-Experience in coordinating multi-disciplinary activities and a proven ability to work across departments and workgroups
Description
-The Project Manager, will handle overall management responsibilities related to Engineering & Construction issues and will manage commercial and contractual issues, have overall responsibility for the budget, sub-contractor management, schedule, QA/QC, safety and reporting, to the Management
-The Project Manager will manage a team of Project Engineers, to resolve technical issues, manage Client, coordinate to maintain project schedule, and cost forecasts and provide. In addition, the Project Manager need to successfully coordinate and integrate the overall Project scope, including cost reporting and budget management, schedule, quality and safety.
Responsibilities will include:
-Overall responsibility for cost, schedule, safety, quality, risk management, construction and startup of the project
-To ensure adherence to standards, permits, performance, quality and safety expectations
-Manage day to day commercial and contractual issues
-Work with Management to implement internal Project Control tools
-Assist in the negotiation of the Contract Agreements
-Report to Management on progress, costs, schedule, safety, quality, etc.
-Identify, communicate and manage risk
-Responsible for project HSE/Quality Assurance/Quality Control.
