ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Basic Function
Perform and assists Team Leader in a variety of routine clerical and administrative activities in Maintenance Group. Manage and organize meetings for Team Leader. Coordinate with other Maintenance Teams. Maintain filling of documents for Team Leader. Also, operates a variety of office equipment, including personal computers, scanner, printers etc. Aware of DIIMS, Outlook features and other office tools. Prepares various routine reports as given by immediate supervisor. Maintaining and updating relevant files etc.
Work Performed
-Maintain files containing basic history records and documentations of Incoming and Outgoing memos.
-Coordination with other Maintenance Teams and Groups.
-Prepare in-house memos, outgoing letters & Contractor letters and maintain a record for necessary action.
-Keeps a record for follow-up and action items.
-Prepare administrative reports.
-Operates various office equipments such as personal computers, scanner, printers etc.
-Prepare / types and updates record / documents of routine and non-routine nature.
-Maintain files in an orderly sequence, issues and follows up the return of such files or documents.
-Performs similar or related duties, as assigned.
Qualification & Experience
-Graduate with minimum 10 years experience in Technical clerical work, out of which should be 6 years as secretary.
-Good knowledge of English language.
-Good knowledge in operating office equipment computer.
-Should be conversant with Refinery Mechanical Equipment Terminologies.
