Role & Responsibility
-Performing supervising the NDT works.
-Handling inspection activities with client
-Reviewing ITP, MS & Project Specification of NDT work.
-Preparation of QC documents & Auditing records.
-Maintaining all product and Inspection instrument calibration or expiry dates etc
-Maintaining Daily Record for all kind of NDT works.
-Reviewing MC dossier and submitting to client for final review and approval.
-Getting done all Quality document handover done from subcontractor.
-PICS monitoring for NDT work (PICS is Welding/NDE control program)
Major / Degree
High School/University/Diploma
Expertise / Skill
-Knowledgably in Schedule Q, Contract requirements (SATIP, SAIC, SATR) and Quality Procedures
-Certified by Saudi Aramco through written and practical tests
-Excellent use of MS office (Excel, Word, Power point, Project)
-NDT Level III certification of ASNT (MT, PT, UT, RT, and AUT preferably)
Reference (Experience)
Inspector shall be a High School graduate, or higher; shall be fully conversant with applicable Industry Standards and Specifications; and shall perform a variety of inspection functions with minimal supervision. Inspector shall meet, as a minimum, overall 5 years of experience in related industry (e.g., industrial oil and gas production or petrochemical projects), 3 years of inspection experience and 2 years of Contract Scope of Work.
Language
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language.
ETC
-Demonstrated thorough knowledge and understanding of the 2015 version of ISO 9001 QMS requirements, engineering discipline drawings, standards, material specifications, construction methods and QC inspection and test procedures
-With minimal supervision, performed a variety of document review, inspection and testing functions to verify CONTRACTOR compliance with Contract requirements.
-Holding Aramco approval documentation as NDT Level III (Previous and/or current)
