ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)
-Graduate/Masters (Food Technology / Biological Science preferred) with 5 years experience in relevant field.
-HABC (level 4) (&& NEBOSH IGC or equivalent preferred)
-Must have 2 years of overseas experience (ADNOC / ADNOC onshore approval preferred)
-Should have technical expertise in areas of food safety and quality along with legal requirements.
-Can assure that the goods supplied meets statutory, customer’s company policy requirements as per standard.
-Experienced in preparing quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information
-Can establish effective communication with workers towards continuous collective improvement/ hygiene awareness training
-Can coordinate effectively with audit and qa/qc team for reporting/inspection purpose
-Able to audit and report trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions and revalidations
-Hands on experience in sterility test of finished products, raw materials and primary packaging materials.
-Facilities to be maintained in line with government/local body hygiene regulations and adnoc standard requirements.
-Familiar with HACCP system and its implementation
-Conversant with third party audit related to food safety and hygiene
-Thorough knowledge of food packaging, food transportation and disposal of unusable food.
-Regular training of food handlers on all aspects of personal hygiene, health guidance, food quality & safety.
-Ability to analyse laboratory test results related to water, food samples and swabs
