ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
Job Summary:
-Supervises all Recreation Facilities in NEOM Community.
-This includes but not limited to: Mixed Gyms, Female Gyms, Mixed swimming pools, Female swimming pools, Recreation area buildings, Multipurpose building, Football fields, Basketball courts, Tennis courts, Bedouin Tent, etc.
-Prepares and supervises Staff schedules and rotas.
-Supervises the proper implementation of, and develops as necessary, all relevant Standard
Operating Procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Plans, organizes, supports and participates in all events within the areas of his responsibility.
-Cooperates with and supports NEOM Community Recreation personnel at all times.
-Supports all NEOM Community Trainers and Coaches as directed.
-Supervises the proper use of equipment and facilities from end users.
-Supervises the cleanliness, tidiness and up keeping of all areas of his responsibility.
-Suggests improvements of the services and equipment, within the areas of his responsibility.
-Prepares and conducts refresher Staff training sessions periodically.
-Conducts Staff assessments biannually.
-Carries out First Aid and CPR if needed.
-Follows and enforces safety and hygiene guidelines.
Requirements
-Previous work experience in Recreation or Leisure facility or similar role.
-Knowledge on the operation of the diverse Recreation facilities and how to adjust plans, programmes and schedules for each area.
-Ability to instruct, train and motivate people.
-Excellent communication skills in English.
-Teamwork.
-Available to work on early or late shifts and on weekends.
-Proven experience of CPR and First Aid provision.
-Bachelor degree in Sports Science is a plus.
