Role & Responsibility
-Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards
-Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
-Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting
-Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
-Assist operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels.
-Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
-Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation.
Requirement /Qualification
Major / Degree
High School/University/Diploma
Expertise / Skill
-Proficiency in CAD software for drafting and reviewing mechanical designs, with the ability to interpret and analyze engineering drawings and schematics accurately.
-Strong skills in utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office tools for documentation, reporting, and data analysis.
Reference (Experience)
-Must have prior experience working (3years more) as a Mechanical Supervisor in Saudi Arabia.
-Experience with Aramco projects is preferred.
Language
Proficient in reading, writing and speaking the English language. Etc.
