Senior Performance Analysts (SKD-310)
Qatar Petroleum (QP) is a state-owned public corporation established by Emiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases of the oil and gas industry in the State of Qatar. Job Description:
ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 5.00 PM (MON TO SAT)

Primary Purpose of the Job
Collect, consolidate and analyse operational and financial data for QP, subsidiaries and affiliates and to report such data in a manner that represents a meaningful evaluation of corporate performance.

Principal Accountabilities
-Timely preparation and issuance of quarterly Corporate Performance Reports (CPR), ensuring consistency of format and content.
-Ensure compliance of policies for managing information and analysis related to Performance Management.
-Provide input on the implementation of systems to set business performance targets and monitor business performance during the year against targets and against plan / budget.
-Maintain and upgrade programs to ensure integrity of CPR models.
-Network with contributing departments to ensure they are aware of the Corporate Performance process.
-Provide response to due diligence questions and make presentations of QP corporate information to financial institutes.
-Provide advice and information for QP Directorates, subsidiaries and Joint Ventures on Performance related issues.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience
-Degree in a technical or business discipline preferably supported by a secondary qualification or equivalent industry experience.
-Minimum 12 years of both technical and business experience in the petroleum (upstream/downstream) industry including several years in senior positions.
-Skills /practical ability in Performance analysis activities with a corporate perspective.
-Particular experience in economic analysis, financial analysis and feasibility studies at project, business & corporate level.
-Comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of the marketing, commercial, technical, operational influences on business decisions for a particular Strategic Business Area.
-Sound overall knowledge of inter-corporate processes (e.g. legal, finance, accounting) in order to advise on corporate Performance activities.
-High skills in drafting reports and Performance analysis of corporate operations.
-High presentation skills (Board level contacts), communication skills, and consensus building abilities.
-Excellent analytical, mathematical and computer modelling skills.
-Excellent knowledge of corporate operations and Performance Management principles including design/monitoring of performance indicators.
-Good personal management skills and the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
-Must have extremely well developed mentoring and project management skills.
