-Degree in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
-Ensure frequent communication with Planning Department and Inspection Section.
-Thorough knowledge of all CDU Turnaround activities.
-Should be very fluent in English (Read/ Write/Speak)
-Should be physically fit and dynamic and ensure HSE awareness is effectively communicated to the lowest level in their regional languages.
-Should have worked in multinational environment.
-Should be able to develop level 4 plans for each equipment in consultation with Unit In-charge in line with the scope of work in P6 (compatible version as instructed by Company).
-Should be able to update level 4 plans and collecting data for progress reports in P6.
-Should able to issue progress reports from planning software as required by COMPANY Management.
-Should be able to adjust the float of the job activities (in case of delay) within stipulated time.
-Should be able to proactively identify delays and keep his manager informed for corrective action.
-Should record progress in a consistent manner as per the agreed norms established and approved by the company and maintain the records of the same.
-Should prepare detailed plans and reports for monitoring the movement / overhauling of bulk items (eg., Safety/ Relief valves, Motor/Hydraulic Remote operated valves, Control valves etc.,.).
-Carry out necessary changes to the plans/ revise schedules due to the Operational changes in the equipment release or other Site constraints and monitor the movement of bulk items.
-Co-ordinate with the Company’s Planning team and Operations’ coordinator for review of the plans and timely release of equipment from Operations to Contractor and back to Operations from Contractor.
