Education
-Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in relevant field.
-At least 3 years experience as a Commissioning HSE Engineer in Oil & Gas Project
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
Establish and implement the Commissioning HSE Management System in line with GS E&C Safety, Health & Environmental Management Systems and corporate standards
Role & Responsibilities at Site:
-Establish the Commissioning HSE plan and procedures for the sake of loss prevention of the site.
-Commissioning HSE Plan for and perform the site Commissioning HSE management programs.
-Plan for and implement the site Commissioning HSE training programs.
-Check and improve the hazardous Commissioning work conditions.
-Establish an emergency action plan in preparation of an accident occurrence in order to save the situation and restore the area after the situation is over.
-Investigate the cause of accident, establish preventive countermeasure and report the result to home office and local governmental authorities concerned.
-Establish the emergency response plan for major accidents and provide the training and the result report.
-Record and keep the statistics of accident reports.
-Review the specific kind of PPE for commissioning work activity and comment to commissioning team.
-Provide the preventive plans for hazardous material handling.
-Support discipline supervisors for performing their job safety.
-On regular schedule, take a site safety and security patrol to find any inappropriate practice. Inform assigned superintendent to take a necessary measure to correct discrepancies, and assure that corrective action is followed up.
-Establish Permit to Work System and manage and train relevant personnel.
-Report the performance status of Project HSE Manager.
