ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-SSC / ITI with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
-Should be trained on the Work permit Performer course conducted by COMPANY.
-To get familiarize with the Company- Blocks/Unit layout arrangements, Refinery Road classifications (Internal / External / Peripheral roads) and Heavy vehicle/Bus routes as finalized by the Company Security Task force (STF).
-To get familiarize with Block-wise /unit-wise assignment matrix and the Cranes/Mobile equipment –Layout plan prepared by Rigging In-charge and mobilize/ place the Mobile equipment.
-Prepare the Mobile Vehicle/ Machinery Entry Work Permits (ME) based on the Mobile/Vehicle Plates nos. and its Block wise assignments.
-Prepare the Road Closure Permit (RC) based on the Site and work conditions in co-ordination with the Unit In-charges.
-Prioritize all the rigging activities as per the L4 Schedules and the site requirements
-Follow the approved Rigging Plans during the execution of work.
-Thorough Knowledge about COMPANY Control procedure CP-08,CP-18 and CP-22
-Sound Knowledge about application and use of rigging tools and tackles.
-Ensure Physical fitness for crane operators
-Submission of necessary TPI valid certificate for all lifting tools and Tackles including mobile crane before use for COMPANY review.
-Ensure all rigging operations are done as per safety standard such as area barricading, tie ropes, harness, proper certified rigging slings, D-shackles, turnbuckle, chain blocks, eye bolts etc.
-Ensure all Crane, Heavy Equipment and Vehicle movement within Refinery is led by a pilot vehicle.
-Ensure the ground on which heavy rigging is done is safe and can take the load.
-Ensure safety talks are given to crane operators.
-Ensure proper lift signaling is employed by all riggers.
-Ensure immediate corrective action is taken on all substandard conditions observed in rigging activity.
-Ensure that no safety violation arises during the rigging operations.
