ASIAPOWER OFFICE TIMING: 10.00 AM TO 6.30 PM (MONDAY TO SATURDAY)
-Degree in Environmental Engineering with minimum 10 to 15 years experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Projects.
-Gulf experience in EPC / Korean Companies preferred.
-Ensure all QA/QC personnel are interviewed and accepted by COMPANY Quality Assurance In-charge.
-Ensure competent manpower mobilized by the ANDT subcontractor.
-Ensure frequent communication with Planning Department and Inspection Section.
-Ensures all inspector in-charges and coordinators are well aware of the jobs to be done in each equipment with regard to QA/QC.
-Ensures the QA/QC requirement is identified in the Equipment Information Sheet (EIS), specifically for process critical equipment such as Heaters, Columns, Major Reactors, Exchangers and Vessels.
-Ensure the UT monitoring works are done on priority as a Pre-Turnaround activity.
-Ensures his ADNT in-charges and QA/QC in-charges coordinates all work with respective company counterpart and his area inspection coordinators.
-Ensures all ANDT reports are submitted by his subcontractor with interpretations to COMPANY QA/QC in-charge expeditiously.
-Ensures all repairs, extra works, IWL work done, fulfills the QA/QC requirements.
-Ensures all stress relieving works are properly done with automated records of heating and cooling cycle.
-Ensures datasheet/specification, welder qualification are done well in advance.
-Ensures all welders are qualified 30 days before Turnaround start date.
-Ensures competent people are mobilized ‘R’ stamping works and certification of ‘R’ stamping.
-Handover his jobs his deputy with key instruction.
