Basis Function
Knowledgeable of all kinds of hand, powered tools, maintenance equipment, consumable materials & fittings, and welding, machine, mechanical & rotating tools, such as grinders, torches, tool bits, expanders, drills, hot taps, wrenches, etc.
Work Performed
-Issue tools, (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical & electrical), pipe fittings, consumable materials and spare parts to the maintenance staff using issue ticket forms.
-Check returned tools against issue tickets and report damages and losses.
-House keeping of tool room and re-placing tools in proper location to assure quick issuance under safe conditions.
-Perform repair on power (pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical & electrical) tools.
-Carry out periodic inventory checks on all tools, consumables etc., and report status.
Qualification & Experience
-Completion of HND, HNC, High school or equivalent.
-Four "4" years experience in a similar job in refinery or petrochemical industry.
